And if that’s you we would love to have you join us! /p pJob Description /p pWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our multinational Design Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, controlling, and successfully delivering customer projects from order receipt through final acceptance. /p pAs a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate third-party vendors, and act as the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required. /p pThis position focuses primarily on project leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial execution rather than technical engineering activities. /p pYou will report to the Project Management Team Lead and work in a hybrid model based in Root (Switzerland), Karlsruhe (Germany), or Prague (Czechia). /p pbYour Responsibilities /b /p ul liLead the execution of assigned projects while achieving customer schedule, margin, and quality objectives. /li liManage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. /li liForecast and report project resource requirements and financial performance. /li liApply advanced project management principles, tools, and scheduling techniques. /li liSupport the development and execution of strategic business initiatives. /li liManage individual projects or a portfolio of up to 20 concurrent projects. /li liAdminister subcontractors and suppliers, including labor-based and fixed-price deliverables. /li liBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. /li liPrepare, negotiate, and manage change orders and contract variations with customer representatives. /li liEnsure project documentation, administration, and records are complete and maintained in accordance with company standards. /li liCoach and support less experienced engineers and project team members. /li liLead continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes. /li liCoordinate and schedule resources to meet project objectives and delivery commitments. /li /ul pbThe Essentials – You Will Have /b /p ul liMinimum of 5 years of proven project management experience delivering projects for external customers. /li liFluency in English, German, and French. /li liBachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience. /li liExperience in industrial automation. /li liExperience managing multiple medium-sized customer projects simultaneously in a matrix organization. /li liStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills in an international environment. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint. /li liWorking knowledge of project management methodologies and standards such as PMI or IPMA. /li /ul pbThe Preferred – You Might Also Have /b /p ul liAdditional qualifications in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Project Management. /li liExperience in project financial management and budgeting. /li liPMP, IPMA, or equivalent Project Management certification. /li liIndustry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, or Automotive sectors. /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 pOur benefits package includes … /p ul liComprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm /li liEmployee Assistance Program /li liPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program /li /ul p… and other local benefits! /p pAt Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
