- Support the HR Director in designing, structuring, and executing the talent development strategy for Europe, ensuring continuous improvement and a strong talent pipeline
- Manage the career roadmap process, supporting employees in developing internal career paths and improving their skills
- Build up an internal trainings and unify training policies in Europe, help local plants to standardize internal training practices
- Establish and define succession planning, leadership development and mentoring programs
- Establish and maintain a structured onboarding program across Europe, aligned with audit requirements
- Collaborate closely with the global Learning & Development team to align European initiatives with the global Learning & Development strategy including standardization and harmonization of learning and development processes and tools
- Ensure that the annual training plan is in place at each location, cross-check European training needs & offer solutions
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits
- Deliver internal training courses and workshops and provide professional guidance on course design and delivery
