Position located in Neuhaus am Rennweg, full‑time, non‑temporary, permanent. We are seeking an engaged IT administrator to support users, manage servers, telephone and printing infrastructure, and collaborate with a 8‑person team in a regional cross‑office IT setting. - First‑Level support for end‑users addressing IT questions and technical problems
- Ticket handling: analysis, prioritisation and resolution via our ticketing system
- Administration of the server landscape, client infrastructure and telephone system
- Druckservice: management and support for company printing solutions
- Benutzerverwaltung: access rights and account management across IT systems
- Monitoring: oversight and analysis of IT systems for early fault detection

Damit überzeugen Sie uns
- Abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
- Experience with telephone systems and printing services
- Grundkenntnisse in software distribution, patch management, Group Policy and monitoring are a plus
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk is an advantage
