Ihre Rolle

• Plan and execute qualification and validation activities for equipment, systems, facilities, software, and associated processes in accordance with the Validation Master Plan.
• Organize, perform, and facilitate GMP risk assessments and FMEA activities.
• Perform and coordinate requalification activities.
• Prepare and maintain GMP-compliant qualification and validation documentation.
• Support projects involving new equipment, software systems, and changes to technical processes.
• Participate in the development of user requirements and specifications.
• Support change control activities.
• Monitor and evaluate applicable regulations, standards, and requirements.
• Provide technical support regarding qualification, validation, and software validation topics.
• Plan and perform software validation activities.
• Support the optimization and harmonization of validation and qualification methodologies across sites.
• Support improvements of interfaces and processes across functions and sites.

Support the achievement of departmental objectives and agreed targets.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education.
• Experience in qualification, validation, and software validation activities.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
• Experience with GMP requirements and validation documentation.
• Advanced presentation and moderation skills.
• Knowledge of FMEA methodologies.
• Knowledge of GMP documentation requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across sites.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, Why, Ishikawa, APQP, MSA, CAPA, and CAQ.
• Knowledge of software validation principles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems including ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, MDR 2017/745, and GxP (GAMP).
• Analytical thinking.
