Summary:

Als Mechatroniker/Elektroniker/Elektriker kannst du bei uns in der Funktion des Anlagen- und Prozessbetreuers oder Schichtführers die Stabilität von Fertigungsprozessen sicherstellen. Du arbeitest Seite an Seite mit unseren technischen Koordinatoren und Abteilungsleitern im Fertigungsbereich und agierst als Ansprechpartner für technische Themen innerhalb deiner Schichtgruppe im Bereich Laser/Oberfläche.Als Schichtführer übernimmst du zusätzliche Verantwortung in Personalplanung und Personalführung.

Essential Functions:

Dein Einsatz ist gefragt

• Gewährleistung der Anlagenbereitschaft und deren optimale Nutzung (Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung, Pflege von Fertigungsanlagen)




• Überwachen und Optimieren von Maschinen und Maschinengruppen sowie Beseitigung von Störungen




• Aufbau von Neuanlagen inkl. Einstellen und Justieren sowie Demontage bzw. Recycling gemäß Vorgaben




• Führung von Anlagen- und Maschinenhandbüchern sowie Wartungsplänen




• Organisation der Ersatzteilhaltung




• Einhaltung und Überwachung der Qualität und Prozesskontrolle




• Schulung bzw. Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern




• Mitwirkung bei der Personaleinsatzplanung (als Schichtführer)




• Mitarbeiterführung (als Schichtführer)




• Vertretung des Schichtführers (als Anlagen- und Prozessbetreuer)

Qualifications:

Deine Qualifikation

• Facharbeiter mit elektrotechnischer Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Mechatroniker




• Kenntnisse im Aufbau und dem Betrieb von Produktionsanlagen




• Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, Mechanik sowie Messen, Steuern und Regeln




• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fertigungsbereich eines Produktionsunternehmens wünschenswert




• Bereitschaft Arbeitszeiten flexibel zu gestalten (Schichtarbeit)




• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Freude an Teamarbeit




• Selbständiges strukturiertes Arbeiten




• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
