Tasks
- You provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers across Germany and Europe, addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues and proposing tailored solutions
- You deliver product presentations, hands-on demonstrations and technical trainings both onsite and remotely
- You collaborate closely with sales, product engineering and product management to translate customer requirements into practical solutions and product improvements
- You gather, document and communicate customer feedback and use cases to inform the product roadmap and enhancements
- You maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in power electronics and high-speed digital applications
- You travel regularly within the assigned region (Germany and broader Europe) to support customers onsite
- You continuously hone your oscilloscope expertise and application knowledge together with our extensive training possibilities
