Tasks You lead and drive the Lean transformation across the department by initiating improvement projects and identifying optimization opportunities in project workflows, cross-functional interfaces, decision-making processes, and the tool landscape.

You integrate ASIC development into an end-to-end product development perspective, bringing together product and technology viewpoints while fostering cross-functional collaboration in close alignment with the product organizations.

You enable early, cross-functional, and critical evaluation of key development decisions with a strong focus on product value and market impact.

You coach project teams and leaders in the adoption, application, and continuous evolution of Lean principles and project management practices, building commitment to new ways of working.

You actively support organizational change, ensuring that improvements are not only designed but also successfully implemented and sustainably embedded in day-to-day operations.

You ensure the consistent application of established project management processes, provide support to project managers where needed, and represent the needs of the project organization in collaboration with the central PMO.

Qualifications You have several years of experience applying Lean methodologies and driving the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working, ideally within project-based or engineering organizations.

You have successfully supported transformation initiatives and know how to introduce and sustainably embed new ways of working in collaboration with teams and leaders.

Experience in management consulting or an internal Lean, Operational Excellence, or transformation function is an advantage.

You bring experience in project management within a technical development environment, along with a solid understanding of technology-driven product development and the complexity of large-scale engineering projects.

Experience with PMO or portfolio management is a plus, and you are proficient in using project management tools.

Ideally, you are familiar with digital hardware or ASIC development processes, or with comparable technology-driven engineering environments.
