Responsibilities

• Drive the SPM/CUAS business in the nominated region by collaborating with and supporting local sales teams.
• Forecast business volume, opportunities, and track projects.
• Provide technical consultation during pre-sales to both local sales teams and customers.
• Create technical proposals and lead the bid team.
• Work closely with business development to share information and gather market requirements for future products and solutions.
• Translate operational requirements into technical solutions and prepare concise offer documents.
• Participate in commercial contract negotiations, assessing business opportunities and risks, including bidding and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in technical sales, account management, or business development, preferably in spectrum monitoring and CUAS.
• Proactive with a commercial mindset and passion for business success.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and international units.
• Experience with procurement procedures for public contracts.
• Willingness to travel internationally; intercultural and interdisciplinary competence.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
