Senior Payroll Specialist DACH (m/f/d)

As a Payroll Specialist, you are a competent contact person for all HR administrative and payroll-related topics.

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing payroll accounting for our employees
• Processing salary executions and other payroll-related processes
• Competent person for managers and HRBPs on all labor law and HR-related issues
• Handling correspondence with authorities and offices
• Design and subsequent support of our HRIS systems (BMD, BambooHR and ATOSS)
• Ongoing data maintenance and updating
• Support in the digitalization and optimization of existing and new payroll processes

Your experience

• Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, university/university of applied sciences)
• Very good knowledge of German and Austrian labor law and operational personnel administration (e.g. payroll accounting & time administration)
• Professional experience in the tax consulting industry is an advantage
• Good IT user skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
• Very good communication skills in English and German
• Experience in the operation of BMD and DATEV is an advantage
