As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Vice President Operations to lead the next stage of our operational development across Europe. This is one of the most critical executive roles in the company, combining full ownership of the performance, scalability and continuous improvement of Rohlik’s end-to-end operations across all markets with a highly visible, hands‑on mandate that requires moving confidently between group strategy and detailed operational performance. You will influence the daily experience of millions of customers and thousands of employees across Europe. What you will own and deliver You will take full ownership of Rohlik’s group‑wide operations strategy and execution, ensuring that our operating model delivers consistent performance today while remaining ready for future growth.
