Role overview
The HR Admin DACH handles all aspects of HR administration for Germany and Austria. Acting as a service provider, you support internal HR stakeholders, employees, and external authorities. Tasks include onboarding, payroll preparation, time and attendance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You work as part of the DACH shared service center alongside the payroll team.
Your Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR topics

Coordinate and execute administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, changes, exits)

Maintain and manage personnel data, documents, and training records in our HR systems and digital files

Support employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on internal policies and procedures

Prepare HR documentation (e.g., employment contracts, confirmations, reference letters)

Liaise with external authorities (e.g., tax offices, health insurers) and service providers

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in day-to-day HR operations
Your Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in HR is a real plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently.

Comfortable rolling up sleeves and tackling tasks head-on.

A great communicator with native-level German and fluent English skills.
