Senior Sales Manager Car OEM (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

1. Define and manage the activity related to business development toward Car OEMs in Europe.
2. Build up relationships with Car OEMs, advanced engineering, and purchasing teams up to top management.
3. Identify and select early-stage Car OEM supplier strategies fitting ROHM growth strategy with Analog ICs and Power Discretes.
4. Manage strategic Car OEM projects internally involving Program Management, Sales, Marketing, and Development teams.
5. Support day-to-day relationships with Car OEMs (contracts, short-term supply management, car production forecast, etc.).
6. Clarify the development and supply responsibility matrix between Car OEMs and their suppliers for the next platforms.
7. Develop business ecosystem through trade shows, conferences, and support ROHM branding promotion through articles, webinars, and social networks.
8. Support driving the company’s success and achieving vision by contributing to our customers’ needs for \“energy saving\“ and \“downsizing\“ of their products.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical degree.
2. Several years of experience in car OEM sales.
3. Experience with electrical or mechanical components.
4. Knowledge of contract management.
5. Understand application and system-level requirements.
6. Understand semiconductor industry and products.
7. Fluent English and German language skills.
