Creative Director (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Creative Director (m/f/d) with strong conceptual and design skills and experience in the areas of holistic branding, brand identity, campaigning & packaging design. With a high level of craftsmanship, strong ideas and conceptual thinking, you will confidently lead your team through all phases of a design project – from conception to realization.

You manage a portfolio of different clients, from global players to local start-ups.

You have a holistic understanding of brands, incorporate global trends into brand development, and

• are responsible for the creative direction of your team
• develop and implement new innovative concepts & are strong in implementation
• manage the creative process while keeping an eye on feasibility and profitability
• support your team, recognize development potential and provide impetus
• build customer relationships and manage budgets independently and confidently
• organize and moderate workshops
• create and lead internal and external presentations

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• 8 years+ professional experience as a designer and creative director (preferably)
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Particular strengths in strategy, conception, implementation and management of global FMCG brands
• Leadership experience of international teams
• Confidence in dealing with and looking after customers
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Excellent knowledge of German and/or English
• A portfolio of excellent cases that highlights your creative talent in various projects
