Morges , we are looking for a
Customer Advisor (m/f) 80-100% - 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract
Profile - Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification. - Several years of experience in a similar position. - Comfortable with telephone contacts as well as administrative tasks. - Strong customer orientation and sense of service. - Pleasant, responsible and with great adaptability and learning ability. - Native French speaker with good knowledge of German or English. - Very comfortable with IT tools (SAP/CRM an advantage). - Excellent stress management and sense of priorities.
Responsibilities - Respond to calls from both external and internal clients. - Analyse each request to provide the appropriate solution. - Ensure quality services. - Handle letters and emails. - Be able to quickly find solutions.
