To complete our Hydro & Wind team at the Morges site, we are looking for a Head of Hydro and Wind Service at 100%.Profile- EPF or HES engineer with a master's degree in a technical field or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position- Mastery of hydroelectric and wind production technologies in particular and knowledge of other technologies in general- Experience in team management and leadership- Financial and commercial skills- Skills in developing complex and systemic projects- Asset management skills for production assets- Good knowledge of governance and companies- In-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework- Autonomy, spirit, good efficiency skills, and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities- Supervise and mobilize the team by fostering professional development and adherence to company projects.- Define and implement the development and management strategy for production and flexibility assets. Ensure the sustainability of the existing and future fleet by integrating [methods] to industrialize and optimize technical, economic, and environmental performance.- Propose [strategies] for the existing production fleet to ensure its productivity and long-term sustainability.- Guarantee the [execution] of production, flexibility, and [development] projects in compliance with quality, deadline, budget, and safety requirements.- Supervise contractual [relationships] with [partners] by defining frameworks, negotiating conditions, and ensuring their follow-up.
