To strengthen our project management team, we are looking for aPROJECT MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SOLAR + BESSProfile- Engineering degree (FH/HES or ETH/EPF) with several years of experience in managing infrastructure projects as well as in working with partners and clients.- Management of projects as the client (Maître d'Ouvrage) in the field of solar and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS) at industrial and commercial sites.- At least 5 years of professional experience in this field and the ability to successfully represent high-value projects to clients and potential partners.- Thanks to strong leadership skills, management of all project aspects (financial, contractual, and technical) as well as ensuring the satisfaction of all internal and external stakeholders up to commissioning.- Result- and client-oriented action as well as a strong affinity for business development: offer structuring, dossier preparation, client relations, negotiation management, as well as building sustainable partnerships with suppliers and engineering firms.- Very good negotiation, analysis, and synthesis skills as well as confident oral and written communication, including with contacts at the executive level at clients and partners.- Enjoyment of teamwork while simultaneously having the ability to lead projects independently and with personal responsibility.- Ability to move in a rapidly changing environment and to quickly integrate technological and new business models, particularly in the field of solar energy and energy storage.- You would like to get involved in projects that contribute to the reduction of our emissions and to the energy transition.- The position is based in Zurich; you are hierarchically subordinate to our parent company in Morges.
