Your Role
You will work at the intersection of Accounting, Finance Operations, and Controlling. The primary focus of your role will be supporting the finance and accounting processes of our German and Spanish entities. You will take ownership of selected accounting, reconciliation, and month-end activities while working closely with our international Finance & Accounting team, as well as supporting the Finance Manager with reporting, analysis, and controlling topics.
The position offers broad exposure to international finance processes and the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility over time.
Your Responsibilities
ROOF Spain Finance Operations
- Support day-to-day finance and accounting processes for ROOF Spain
- Perform bank matching, account reconciliations, and reconciliation processes
Accounting & Finance Support
- Process and pre-code vendor invoices in Tipalti
- Support accounting entries and administrative accounting processes in NetSuite
- Manage the invoice mailbox and follow up on open items
- Assist with account reviews and month-end closing activities
Reporting & Controlling
- Prepare, analyze, and validate financial data from NetSuite, Tipalti, and Excel
- Support cost analyses
- Create and maintain reports, reporting files, and financial data models
Your Profile
- Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Controlling
- Initial experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong affinity for numbers, data, reporting, and process improvement
- Interest in digital tools and automation
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Fluent German and English; Spanish is a plus
