Relationship Manager – India Focus About the Role We are looking for an experienced and well-connected financial professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our investor base. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a driven individual who brings an established network of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and independent wealth advisors.
The ideal candidate has built trusted, long-term relationships with private clients and sophisticated investors who are open to alternative investments and seek exposure to emerging and high-growth markets — in particular, India.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your existing investor network to introduce qualified private clients and family offices to RootBridge’s India-focused investment strategies
Cultivate and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals, single- and multi-family offices, and independent wealth advisors
Act as a trusted ambassador for RootBridge at industry events, investor roundtables, and private client forums
Collaborate closely with the investment and investor relations teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience from introduction through commitment
Provide ongoing market intelligence and client feedback to support product positioning and outreach strategy
Manage your pipeline and activity in a structured manner, contributing to regular business development reporting
Your Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or private markets distribution
An established book of private clients with an active network of high-net-worth individuals and/or family offices who are ready to allocate to alternative investments
Genuine interest in and knowledge of alternative investments, private equity, and/or emerging markets — experience with India is a strong advantage
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; trusted, discreet, and client-centric in approach
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a lean, agile team
Fluent in English, Swiss-German and other languages are an asset
