The role
As Chief Operating Officer, you'll lead our operational performance and build the processes that let us grow revenue without growing costs at the same rate. You'll report to the CEO, sit on the Leadership Team and present operational performance to the Board.
What you'll do
- Simplify our operating model, processes and tooling
- Run the planning and review cycle: annual plan, OKRs and monthly business reviews
- Oversee business and data operations, automating manual work wherever possible
- Manage infrastructure and vendor costs
- Lead workforce planning across our locations
- Own compliance, risk and data privacy
- Prepare board and investor reporting
What you'll bring
- 10+ years in operating leadership at a B2B SaaS, data or technology company
- Experience in programmatic advertising
- A track record of leading large change programmes and delivering measurable efficiency gains
- Strong financial and commercial skills
- A working understanding of cloud infrastructure and data pipelines
- Experience leading teams across multiple countries
- Experience with GDPR
Nice to have
- 5+ years as a COO or in an equivalent role
- Experience preparing a business for investors or a sale
