At the earliest date possible we are looking for a motivated HEAD OF MARKETING F/M/X Full-time Vienna, Austria YOUR TASKS * You support and act on behalf of the Group Marketing Director in all fields of Consumer Marketing (B2C) and Business Marketing (B2B) * You develop and execute marketing strategies to attract visitors and drive retail sales across the portfolio * You develop traditional and digital marketing standards and guidelines across the company * You manage all digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO and offline advertising * You oversee the planning and execution of events, promotions and campaigns at the outlet centres and new developments * You lead market research initiatives to understand consumer preferences and adapt marketing strategies accordingly * You manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources * You lead the marketing team and foster a creative and results-driven environment The advertised position is subject to a collective agreement minimum gross salary of EUR 3,144 per month, with the potential for overpayment based on your qualifications and experience.
