IT Service Engineer - Workplace Administrator (all genders welcome)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, test, document, and support the rollout of Windows releases
  • Provide second-level support and administration for Windows workplace environments
  • Manage the full lifecycle of physical and cloud-based clients using Microsoft Intune and related technologies
  • Plan and implement client management and workplace-related projects
  • Support local IT teams across the ROSEN Group global locations
  • Analyze recurring incidents and contribute to sustainable problem resolution
  • Automate operational processes using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Administer, deploy, and maintain third-party applications
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security, configuration, and lifecycle management standards

What you will bring

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in workplace support, client management, or a comparable technical environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management
  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is an advantage
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
