Vice President for the Service Line Challenging Solutions (all genders welcome)CIDLocation: LingenApply nowWhat you can expectWe are looking to fill the role ofVice President for the Service Line Challenging Solutions (all genders welcome)The Vice President (VP), Service Line Challenging Solutions is a senior executive responsible for translating ROSEN’s corporate strategy into operational execution within the Challenging Integrity Division, by leading R&D and rolling out the finished product / services.This position plays a critical role in strengthening ROSEN’s market position in Challenging Solutions through strategic customer engagement, leadership of distinct R&D projects and adherence to ROSEN’s global standards.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Regional Leadership & Strategic ExecutionLead and manage the Service Line Challenging Solutions, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate objectivesTranslate ROSEN's global strategy into actionable regional plans, driving growth and providing the platform for operational excellence following roll-outImplement market and business strategies, including pricing, contract negotiations, and service roll-outs Represent ROSEN in strategic customer engagements and industry forums to strengthen market position Commercial Growth & Business DevelopmentOversee activities, including market & business strategizing, R&D, service lifecycle management, process management, people qualification, development and distribution of marking material and service roll-outDrive revenue growth through delivery of innovative service solutions meeting quality standards, adhere to cost budgets, and time-to-market requirements Collaborate with Global Supply, Commercial, and Customer & Collaboration teams to ensure competitive pricing and sustainable profitability Operational ExcellenceEnsure adherence to ROSEN Quality Processes throughout R&D and roll out stagesMonitor and optimize regional performance metrics, reporting to the President of Challenging Integrity DivisionWork with operational teams to prepare each service / product for sustainable and scalable roll-out Safety, Quality & ComplianceFoster a culture of safety, sustainability, and quality in all operations, initiatives and projectsEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards across all regional activitiesUphold ROSEN’s quality frameworks and risk management systemsFinancial & Organizational ManagementCollaborate with Finance & Controlling to manage budgets, forecasting, and cost optimizationPartner with People & Culture to drive talent acquisition, workforce development, and succession planningBuild and maintain a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and customer successWhat you will bringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field requiredMaster’s degree, MBA, or equivalent leadership training preferredTechnical or integrity-related certification (ILI, NDT, UT, MFL, EMAT, AMPP/API training) is advantageous10+ years of leadership experience in the pipeline integrity, ILI, NDT, inspection, or oil & gas field services sectorProven track record leading multi-site or multi-country regional operations Experience managing large, complex field service organizations with significant scheduling, logistics, and equipment readiness requirements Strong customer-facing experience with major pipeline and facilities operators and customersStrong understanding of regulatory and engineering requirements for pipeline integrity and inspection servicesStrong operational leadership with the ability to balance commercial, technical, and execution priorities Financial acumen with capability to manage P&L, budgets, pricing, and job costing Deep understanding of ILI technology, NDT methods, diagnostic principles, and integrity management workflows Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to drive culture, performance, safety, and continuous improvement Fluent in written and spoken EnglishWhat we offerDevelopment opportunities and career opportunities in a global, innovative and long-term oriented group of companies with family characterFlexible working hours & working time accounts as well as partial home office for a good work-life balance (38 hours/week)An open, informal corporate culture, where we celebrate success with social eventsCompatibility of work and family through our company-owned bilingual day care center ROKIDS as well as our bilingual elementary school ROBIGS (optional: day care during the holiday)Employer funded pension and capital accumulation benefitsCompany Restaurant (only in Lingen) and fresh fruit is available dailyVarious in-house sports activities (EGYM Wellpass and other offers)Attractive leasing offers for IT-products and bikes for private useCorporate Benefits - employee offers in changing online shops at top conditionsWho we are
