Together, we Make the Place.YOUR ROLEAs our Communucations Executive, you will support the Director of Communications in executing integrated communications, public relations, and marketing initiatives across the hotel, spa, food & beverage, and retail operations. The role is responsible for implementing the strategy operationally, strengthening brand awareness, managing media and partner relationships, and ensuring consistent storytelling across all relevant channels and guest touchpoints. This position combines hands-on execution with strong organisational and project management skills. The Executive Communications Manager manages assigned communications projects, coordinates media relations, supports content creation and digital communications, events, and brand collaborations and ensures the timely delivery of high-quality communications materials.HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACEBuild meaningful relationships with media, influencers, partners, and tastemakers to bring the Rosewood Munich story to life.Create compelling content and marketing materials that inspire guests and reflect the spirit of our brand.Shape our digital presence by managing website content, guest communications, and targeted marketing campaigns.Support memorable PR events, brand activations, and exclusive experiences that strengthen our position in the luxury lifestyle market.Identify and develop strategic partnerships that create visibility, engagement, and unique guest experiences.Collaborate across departments to ensure every communication is aligned, impactful, and authentically Rosewood.Monitor trends, campaign performance, and media coverage to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.Bring creativity, organization, and attention to detail to every project while supporting the Director of Communications in elevating the Rosewood Munich brand.COULD THIS BE YOU?Minimum 2–4 years of experience in communications, PR, marketing, or brand management roles (hospitality or luxury industry experience preferred).Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of integrated communications, including PR, digital, social media, content creation, and brand partnershipsHands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Confident user of digital tools and platforms such as CMS systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager), Mailchimp, and social media channels.Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage events, campaigns, and cross-functional workflows.Creative mindset with an understanding of visual communication, basic design principles, and content production.Experience working with agencies, influencers, and external brand partners.About UsRosewood Munich opened in Autumn 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe.
