HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Ensure that both guest areas and service areas are kept clean and tidy
- Prepare and assign work orders to employees and monitor priorities
- Check inventory levels, cleanliness, and organization of storage areas
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure departmental standards are met
- Train and support housekeeping staff in delivering immaculate guest rooms
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- Completion of vocational training or a university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Professional experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel
- Fluency in both German and English is required; additional languages are advantageous
- Organized and structured way of working
- Passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences and delivering service excellence.
- Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
