Director of Housekeeping

We are seeking a dedicated
Director of Housekeeping
to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. In this key role, you will lead the Housekeeping department with vision and empathy, ensuring every guest experience reflects the refined elegance of Rosewood.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house cleanliness and presentation.
• Inspire, train, and empower a diverse team to achieve the highest standards of service and attention to detail.
• Uphold and develop operational procedures, quality controls, and brand standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, inventories, and cost efficiency while maintaining uncompromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with Rooms Division, Engineering, Spa, and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Conduct regular room inspections and personally oversee VIP preparations.
• Drive sustainability and care in the selection and use of materials, amenities, and processes.
• Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous growth within the team.
