Mini Bar Attendant

We are seeking a passionate
Mini Bar Attendant
to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You are responsible for the daily replenishment, presentation, and maintenance of guestroom minibars in accordance with Rosewood\’s standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Replenish and check all minibars daily, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and perfect presentation.
• Record guest consumption promptly and accurately in the property management system.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of all minibars and storage areas.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate guest requests, preferences, or feedback to the relevant departments.
• Support VIP room setups and special amenities in coordination with the In-Room Dining and Housekeeping teams.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
