A Technical Assistant
Your mission
Drafting orders and requests for quotes, processing supplier invoices, administrative support for the technician, managing their schedule, handling deadlines, managing claims, correspondence, filing, archiving, managing telephone calls and emails.
Your profile
- Commercial Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification - Proven professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland - Very good level of French (spoken and written) and good writing skills - Good computer skills in Word, Excel, Quorum, an advantage - Sense of responsibility and good stress management - Good presentation - Autonomous, rigorous, flexible person, able to manage priorities and work in a team - Driving licence
