Job description
Rostudios is looking for an Assistant Studio Manager for our Hamburg studio’s. As Assistant Studio manager you are supporting Olivier, our Studio Manager. You play a crucial role in assisting management of the studios and ensuring operations run smoothly. This includes upholding standards, maintenance, ordering etc.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Day to day management of operations, sales and administration

Monitor stock levels in studio

Restock proactively
-
Handle swaps, covers and sick leave of both studio team and instructors

Daily sales reports check and follow up

End of shift reports check and follow up

Point of contact for questions that the team might have

Support with check ins/studio assistant tasks if needed

Ensure our hospitality and services are of Rostudios standards

Making sure our non-negotiables are followed at all times.

Do walk-arounds and spot checks throughout the entire studio

Monitor daily/weekly tasks list for studio assistants

Form relationships with customers and foster our community

Train studios' assistants:
-
Instructing new team members how to perform daily/weekly/monthly tasks

Identify when further training is needed

Assisting Studio Manager in delivering re-training sessions to current studio team

Responsible to be in the know of all daily/weekly/monthly tasks at the studio and be the point of contact for team when they have questions about it on shift

Responsible for informing Studio Manager about team/tasks/updates

Create team schedule

Schedule theme rides
Your qualifications
- Team oriented with an ability to multitask and combine communicational with operational tasks
- Proactiveness and a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Flexibility within studio opening hours
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Living in Hamburg
