We are looking for
for our client in Berlin with immediate effect,
within the framework of temporary employment with the option of being taken on,
a dedicated IT Service Technician in Onsite Support.

Your tasks

• Support in the area of Windows Client, iOS as well as network and communication
• Independent performance of IT support work
• Processing incidents in the customer\’s incident management tool
• Taking over cases in 2nd level support (business environment)

Your profile

• Knowledge of the network environment (layer 1-3, switching)
• Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• Careful and appropriate communication with the customer
• Structured way of working (ticket and RFS based)
• Good written and spoken German, English language skills would be an absolute plus
