About the role
As an Application Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and a trusted advisor that maximises the value of their Quinyx solutions. You will be responsible for managing global projects of varying complexity and size. Identifying client problems, requirements and constraints will help you to match & configure our solutions for our customers and partners.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the expert of our AI-powered WFM suite and implement our products and solutions to meet client requirements.
- Work internationally and drive implementation projects for middle and enterprise-size customers worldwide in various business domains such as retail, hospitality, logistics & warehousing, and healthcare.
- Gather functional and business requirements from clients and translate these into a functional solution design that meets the customer’s needs.
- Have a deep understanding of the system and configure according to customer requirements.
- Manage all technical aspects of the implementation projects regarding design, configuration, testing & deployment.
- Work with product management and development to channel client feedback into future releases of the Quinyx product suite.
- Support sales in bringing in new exciting customers to Quinyx.
- Travel may be required to visit customers.
- Promote and represent the unique Quinyx culture and our company values.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Experience in technical implementation within WFM/HR/Payroll software implementation projects.
- Strong interest and experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Consulting experience in managing and driving projects.
- Analytical, problem solver, and solution-oriented.
- Strong ability to develop effective working relationships.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts.
