Role Description
You will build long-term customer relationships and develop new markets for our packaging solutions. With technical understanding and sales skills, you will guide our customers from initial inquiry to successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiation, ideally in technical or capital equipment sales.
- Technical understanding of automation, packaging machinery, or pharmaceutical production processes, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear customer benefits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and planning skills, including territory management, pipeline tracking, and accurate forecasting.
- Relevant educational background in engineering, business, or a related field; comparable professional experience in B2B sales in the pharmaceutical or packaging sector is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and occasionally internationally, as required for customer visits and industry events.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM software; experience with digital sales tools or remote collaboration platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in German and good command of English; additional language skills are beneficial.
