Completed business training with a successfully passed accounting exam Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international business environment Several years of experience managing accounting teams In-depth knowledge of accounting (UGB/IFRS) and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus Excellent written and spoken English skills Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on solutions An independent, organized, and meticulous approach to work A strong hands‑on approach combined with excellent implementation skills High resilience, reliability, and ability to handle stress Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a team, customer focus, and discretion Quick learner and ability to adapt quickly to existing structures
