Clinical Administration Training & Development Lead | Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust

Clinical administration is changing, and we're leading the way.

Are you passionate about helping people learn, develop and reach their full potential?

As one of two new Clinical Administration Training and Development Leads, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our workforce.

One lead will focus on the training and development of Service Co-ordinators and another on Ward & Reception staff.

Working with colleagues across the organisation, you'll help shape learning experiences, support people through change and build confidence in the skills, systems and technologies that underpin modern healthcare administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring and helping others succeed.

As part of our newly transformed Clinical Administration Service, you'll join a workforce that is investing in people, innovation and the future. With opportunities to influence how training and development is delivered across the service, you'll help put professional administration careers firmly on the map.

If you're an engaging communicator, a natural coach and passionate about developing others, we'd love to hear from you.

Transforming services. Reimagining careers. Join us and help shape the future of healthcare administration.

You'll work closely with managers, teams and project colleagues to support development, deliver training and help create a culture of continuous learning. From supporting new starters to helping experienced colleagues embrace new ways of working, you'll make a lasting impact on both individuals and services.

We’re committed to staying at the forefront of medical advance; investing in our people, developing our facilities, and expanding the specialist care we can offer locally so more patients can receive the care they need closer to home. We have a growing reputation for research and innovation that helps shape better care for the future. The Knowledge Spa, located on our Truro site, is a vibrant hub for medical, nursing and professional education across clinical and non‑clinical roles. It plays a vital role in attracting, developing and retaining highly skilled teams.

We are driven by one clear ambition, Outstanding Care for One and All, care that’s safe, kind and high-quality. We are RCHT.
