As a Physical Security Engineer, you shape and implement integrated security solutions for mission-critical facilities, aligning security measures with client goals and broader organisational aims. You work across strategic, tactical, and operational levels to translate risk insights into actionable policies and designs. You collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure cohesive, scalable security across architectural, electronic, and organisational domains. This role blends technical leadership with advisory influence, offering exposure to global data-centre projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Conduct risk analyses to inform long-term security planning
- Translate strategic insights into tactical security policies and frameworks
- Design operational security measures covering organisational, architectural/civil, and electronic security
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions
- Monitor and refine implemented measures to support continuous improvement and provide implementation guidance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (Electrical Engineering with focus on weak current systems or Security Management)
- Minimum of 3 years of security-focused experience in system integrator or advisory engineering environments
- Effective communication and advisory skills; proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Currently living in Hessen, Germany with travel flexibility to the Netherlands
- Familiarity with security systems and design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with organisational, architectural/civil, and electronic security measures
