Overview
As a Junior Project Manager at NEXT Haskoning, you support multidisciplinary design and engineering projects for Mission Critical Facilities and data centers, working with senior managers and international clients. You’ll grow professionally while taking ownership of tasks and gradually lead smaller projects. The role sits within a global, employee-owned consultancy that prioritizes collaboration, technical excellence, and client outcomes. You will contribute to complex projects in a fast‑growing market, shaping delivery through proactive communication and coordination.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Assist senior project managers in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating design packages
- Support management of time, budget, and contracts to ensure project success
- Collaborate with Country Director, project managers, and technical specialists on scope, budget and program
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, supporting consultancy activities
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and smaller projects, while developing learning path within MCF projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- experience in project management within design, construction or industrial sectors
- ability to manage design project scope, contracts, and robust financial management
- experience with MS Office and MS Project or equivalent tools
- international work experience and willingness to travel
- excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical and time-management skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- fluency in English and strong command of German (spoken and written)
- strong administrative skills for project documentation and reporting
