The family is based in the beautiful Swiss countryside near Geneva, with international travel, including Hong Kong. /p pThis is a temporary position, expected to repeat for a couple of weeks several times per year. /p pThe girl speaks fluent English, French and Russian and is entering her teenage years. The family is looking for someone with a strong educational background and, importantly, a good understanding of child/adolescent psychology. /p pResponsibilities: /p ul liHomework and educational support, including English /li liGuidance with teenage behaviour and development /li liTeaching and reinforcing good manners and etiquette /li liProviding a kind but balanced approach - knowing when to be firm and when to be gentle /li liSupporting daily routines and age-appropriate activities /li liOccasional evening and overnight care, including periods when parents travel /li liLight assistance with the child’s clothes and wardrobe /li liSimple cooking when required /li liTravelling with the family when possible /li /ul pCandidate Requirements: /p ul liMature, highly experienced candidate /li liEducational background and strong knowledge of child/adolescent psychology /li liWarm, smiling, friendly and emotionally balanced personality /li liAble to establish appropriate boundaries while building a positive relationship with the child /li liEuropean driving licence - car provided /li liDiscreet and highly respectful of the family’s privacy and home /li liNeat, organised and respectful of household belongings /li liPet-friendly - the family has a small, friendly dog /li liNature-loving and comfortable living/working in the Swiss countryside /li liArtistic skills are highly welcomed /li liFlexible and comfortable with international travel /li /ul pWorking hours: approximately 6:00-9:00am and 3:00-11:00pm when requiredbr/Accommodation: Live-in or live-out can be consideredbr/Location: Near Geneva, Switzerland + international travelbr/Position: Temporary/repeated throughout the yearbr/Salary: Depending on experience /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
