The Prendre Soin et Accompagner Residences (RPSA) are closely linked to the Geneva State Pension Fund (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and property owner. Head of Sociocultural Support and Community Action
Permanent Contract 100% - Grade 17
Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Taking charge of a sociocultural support sector; - Organising, planning, coordinating, in collaboration with site managers, the activities of the various entities comprising the service, regularly and periodically monitoring all these activities; - Participating in defining and implementing the strategic directions of the sociocultural support service and community actions; - Ensuring the management, analysis, control and updating of various documents, dashboards and necessary indicators; - Ensuring the smooth flow of useful information for their service across all residences; - Communicating with network partners and developing community projects and actions; - Assessing the needs of future residents and proposing suitable innovations; - Participating within the interdisciplinary team in developing each resident's life project. Guaranteeing their quality and follow-up for coherent support adapted to their pace and daily needs, as well as a dignified end of life and support for families and relatives; - Taking charge of, leading projects and successfully completing them within set deadlines. Preparing and producing various reports, as well as research in the different areas under their responsibility, documenting the developed points; - Maintaining and developing links with the canton’s social and health network by promoting interdisciplinarity and community actions; - Seeking the information necessary for their activity and updating the knowledge required for their role.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in social work (HETS) or equivalent qualification; - Additional training in management; - Fluency in spoken and written French is mandatory; - Proven experience ideally in health and/or social fields; - Knowledge of the Geneva health network; - Proficiency in IT tools; - Experience in personnel management and 3 to 5 years’ experience managing a sector of similar size.
