Automotive After-Sales Advisor
Your mission:
You will be responsible for all tasks related to the follow-up of after-sales service customers.
DETAILED MISSION:
1. Sales
- Register and schedule appointments and, if necessary, reserve a replacement vehicle for the customer - Welcome the customer, record their requests and forward their needs to the Workshop Manager - For replacement vehicles, draw up a contract, carry out the vehicle condition report with the customer (at departure and return) and invoice the rental - Promote peripheral services and monitor commercial actions - Submit customer commercial coverage requests to the manufacturer - Ensure strict compliance with the customer commitment on the announced price - Issue the invoice - Explain the work carried out when returning the vehicle - Ensure warranty follow-up
2. Management – organisation
- Enforce and monitor the implementation of procedures by the mechanics - Monitor the results of your activity (turnover, productivity, quality) and follow up on corrective actions - Ensure proper supply of parts - Ensure quality control of interventions before customer return - Follow up on ongoing repair orders - Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the replacement vehicle fleet
Your profile
- Successful experience of 2 years in an After-Sales Advisor position in a car garage - Excellent command of French, both spoken and written - Proficient professional English speaking skills - Strong commercial skills and a developed sense of customer satisfaction, dynamism, motivation, interpersonal ease, integrity, loyalty and punctuality - Ability to manage stress, comfortable with IT tools as well as administrative tasks - Passion for the automotive sector
