To strengthen the after-sales team of our Meyrin (Geneva) branch, we are currently looking for an Automotive After-Sales Advisor.Your mission:You will be responsible for all tasks related to customer follow-up for the after-sales service.DETAILED MISSION:1. Commerce- Register and schedule appointments and, if necessary, reserve a replacement vehicle for the customer.- Welcome the customer, register their requests, and transmit their needs to the Workshop Manager.- Manage replacement vehicles, perform a vehicle inspection with the customer (at departure and return), and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicles.- Promote peripheral services and follow up on commercial actions.- Establish requests for commercial coverage of the customer with the manufacturer.- Ensure strict compliance with the customer commitment regarding the announced price.- Issue the invoice.- Explain the work performed upon vehicle return.- Ensure warranty follow-up.2.
