In this role you will handle the technical operations behind client campaigns, coordinating issues from launch to running, and ensuring smooth integration between rtb.com and client platforms. You will work closely with sales to maintain high service standards and monitor campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities. The role blends technical support, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive client results. - Operate technical workflows for client campaigns from setup to ongoing execution
- Coordinate and resolve technical issues related to online campaigns
- Support integration between rtb.com and clients' e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with sales to deliver high-quality customer service
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results
- Propose optimization strategies to meet internal and external goals
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 2+ years in tech support, analytics, or campaign optimization within digital marketing
- Experience with programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python) or API-based system integration
- Experience with debugging tools (Google Chrome DevTools) and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English
