Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with TRANS4M objectives.
2. Lead configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
3. Ensure seamless integration of finance processes with other SAP modules and external systems, leveraging Azure platform capabilities.
4. Develop and maintain clean core technical enhancements to meet business needs.
5. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and system functionalities.
6. Provide guidance on best practices for financial reporting, consolidation, compliance, system architecture, performance, and security.
7. Support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity during transition to SAP S/4HANA.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and technical aspects.
9. Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA developments, Azure platform innovations, and industry trends to improve processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Master\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of finance principles, IFRS, and GAAP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
