Overview

In this role, you lead the Total Productive Maintenance discipline for Swiss Structure operations in Emmen, establishing a robust TPM program and ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient equipment performance. You’ll collaborate with development engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement, reduce unplanned downtime, and manage maintenance budgets. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with Lean practices in a high-tech, international environment. You’ll shape maintenance strategy and asset stewardship at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Lead the TPM discipline for Swiss Structure operations
  • Establish and maintain a TPM program roadmap and SOPs
  • Plan, execute, and deliver maintenance within scope, time, and budget
  • Ensure equipment safety and reliability through preventive/corrective maintenance
  • Maintain safe working environment and regulatory compliance
  • Optimize spare parts inventory and budget using lean principles
  • Improve maintenance planning systems to reduce downtime and boost productivity
  • Lead people development and align with Beyond Gravity values

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Mechanical or Aerospace engineering
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of quality and safety standards including AS9100 and OSHA
  • Experience with tooling for processing composites, metallic, and non-metallic materials
  • Experience with automation and machining
