Overview As Operational Engineering Manager, you will lead an international Design and Analysis team for launcher activities in Switzerland, driving disciplined engineering execution and talent development. You’ll enable a high-performing culture that collaborates across functions to deliver from concept to industrialization. You guide process improvements, ensure quality and adherence to standards, and partner with Lead Engineers to maintain technical ownership.
