Overview
As a PLM Application Specialist, you implement, configure and support Siemens Teamcenter to streamline product development and verification. You will ensure end-to-end data consistency across PLM, MES and ERP, enabling a seamless digital thread from design to production. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to optimize integrations with CAD, MES and ERP, driving continuous improvement in engineering processes. This role connects hands-on configuration with end-user enablement, offering a meaningful impact on complex space programs.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Configure and maintain Teamcenter data models, workflows and lifecycle management
- Provide L1–L3 PLM incident support and ensure system stability
- Manage product structures and BOMs (EBOM–MBOM alignment)
- Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes
- Integrate MCAD (NX/CATIA/Xpedition) with Teamcenter and optimize CAD–PLM usage
- Monitor and support data exchanges between Teamcenter, SAP (ERP) or Opcenter (MES)
- Analyze integration issues and coordinate cross-system fixes
- Manage user access and roles in Teamcenter; support testing and release cycles
- Maintain documentation for configurations and changes; provide training to key users
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes within Teamcenter

- Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter configuration, operations and support
- Solid understanding of PLM processes: product structures, BOM management, change management/lifecycle, document management
- Experience in application support (L1/L2/L3)
- Basic understanding of system integrations (MES, ERP, PLM)
