Overview
As Major Account Executive for Germany, you drive strategic growth with top-tier enterprise accounts, using a cyber-resilience sales approach. You will shape territory plans, cultivate a robust pipeline, and close complex deals while partnering with local ecosystem players. You’ll translate enterprise value to C-suite stakeholders and help Rubrik scale in the German market. This role offers impact through protecting data, enabling AI workloads, and expanding Rubrik’s footprint in key accounts.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and execute comprehensive territorial sales plans in Germany to meet/exceed quota
- Develop and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline through the full cycle
- Identify and close net-new opportunities and expand within existing Tier 1/Major accounts
- Co-sell and collaborate with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate market penetration
- Provide market intelligence on regulatory trends (e.g., NIS2, DORA) and opportunities for partnerships
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of technology sales experience selling IT Infrastructure, SaaS, Cyber Security, or Enterprise Storage & Backups
- Proven track record of landing net-new enterprise logos and expanding within Tier 1/Major German accounts
- Hands-on pipeline generation and self-reliant hunting, with collaboration with inside sales and partners
- Strong German partner ecosystem relationships including major technology partners, top-tier resellers, and system integrators
- High-level ability to articulate business value to C-suite (CISO, CIO, CFO)
- MEDDPICC sales methodology training (advantageous)
- Fluent/native German and professional English
