We’re supporting a leading developer in their search for a Project Developer with experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or Photovoltaics (PV), to help expand their portfolio of utility-scale renewable projects across Germany.

What You’ll Do :

• Take ownership of full-cycle project development : from site identification and feasibility through to permitting, grid connection, and ready-to-build status
• Manage internal and external stakeholders including landowners, local authorities, consultants, and technical teams
• Secure land rights, permits, and grid capacity for new project sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, finance) to move projects through key milestones
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments relevant to BESS and PV in Germany

What We’re Looking For :

• At least 2 years of full-cycle project development experience within utility-scale renewable energy
• Experience specifically in BESS is preferred; experience in PV is also highly valued
• Strong understanding of German permitting processes, land acquisition, and grid application procedures
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluency in both German and English is required
