Regional Sales Manager | Remote
Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for cutting-edge technology and strong industry networks? My client is a growing innovator in electronic components, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across key markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and grow market share
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team to peak performance
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and R&D to align product offerings with market needs
- Analyse market trends and adjust tactics to stay ahead of the curve
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in sectors like Automotive Electronics, Medical Devices, and Smart Logistics
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with proven success in managing teams and hitting targets
- Solid experience working with international customers and Chinese companies
- Familiarity with components such as connectors, screens, and electronic mechanical parts
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and customer relationship expertise
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related fields — MBA a plus
