Your role with us
- Drive new design-in projects to support sales growth within the assigned product area and region
- Provide technical advice to customers and identify suitable solutions for new applications
- Manage customer projects from initial opportunity through to design-in status
- Plan and conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and seminars
- Identify market and technology trends and share relevant insights with Product Marketing and Sales
- Maintain project data and work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to develop new business opportunities

Your Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline
- Ideally professional experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or in electronics development
- Strong understanding of electronic components and customer applications
- Customer-focused mindset with confident communication and presentation skills
- Fluent Polish and good English skills, combined with willingness to travel
