Whether it’s trading energy across the globe, managing financial risks, or ensuring robust reporting, Finance is at the heart of RWE’s success. Our Finance Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to gain broad exposure across all key financial functions. Over two years, you’ll complete four six-month placements of your choice, working across areas such as:

• Controlling
• Risk Management
• Accounting
• Planning & Reporting
• Economic Evaluation
• Portfolio Management
• Investor Relations
• …and many more

You’ll take on meaningful responsibilities from the start and gain the insights and skills to shape your career as a finance professional.

Gewünschte Qualifikationen

We’re looking for graduates who want to make an impact in Finance and are motivated to grow within a global business. You’ll bring:

• An above-average degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or a related subject (ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling)
• Strong analytical skills and resilience
• Motivation to take on new challenges independently and in teams
• A collaborative and curious mindset with a drive to find new solutions
• Fluent English, German is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of IFRS/IAS and HGB (desirable)
