We’re looking for .

NET developers who are motivated to work on business-critical applications and contribute to ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for the runtime of an internal project to backfill for the colleagues doing the project work.

About The Role

• Developing, maintaining and supporting business-critical credit risk solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders, using agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Developing a deep understanding of credit risk management processes, including counterparty credit limits, exposure calculation and monitoring, collateral management, and risk controls that support safe trading activities.
• Providing production support in line with agreed service levels and working closely with users to investigate and resolve incidents and system issues.
• Working with . NET technologies to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications that support critical risk management functions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality through best engineering practices, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Exploring and adopting modern technologies, including AI-assisted development and operational tooling, to improve productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency.
• Taking ownership of technical solutions and contributing to the long-term evolution of the Credit Risk Squad technology landscape.
• Job Requirements And Experience
• Strong software engineering experience with object-oriented technologies such as . NET.
• Solid understanding of software design, application architecture, and modern development practices.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, APIs, system integrations, and distributed applications.
• Experience with automated testing and a quality-first approach to secure and reliable software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve development and automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Dev Ops environments, with an end-to-end software ownership mindset across the full development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent English and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Advantageous, But Not Essential
• German is a plus.
• Experience in credit risk, risk management, trading, energy markets, or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
